Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Customer collection is not available from the trader or returns address.

Charges and minimum order

• Minimum merchandise subtotal: £2.50 after discounts.
• UK delivery below a £40 merchandise subtotal: £1.99.
• UK delivery from a £40 merchandise subtotal: free.

Merchandise thresholds exclude delivery charges. The applicable charge is displayed before you place the order.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch by the end of the next business day. This is a dispatch target, not a promise of next-day delivery. Royal Mail delivery time begins after dispatch and can be affected by service disruption, weather, and peak periods.

Service and tracking

We select an appropriate Royal Mail service based on order value, size, and compensation needs. Tracking is supplied when the chosen service includes it. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you identify.

Address problems, delay, loss, or damage

Check the delivery address carefully before ordering and contact us immediately if it needs correction. If an order is late, damaged, or appears lost, use the contact form with your order number. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
