Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Free Splash uses essential cookies to operate the shop, remember your basket and preferences, and support checkout. If you allow it, PostHog uses a cookie and browser storage for detailed analytics and session replay. Whether or not you choose, it counts page visits without an analytics cookie. Form inputs are masked, and account, checkout, verification, and order pages are excluded from replay.

Payment provider cookies
Stripe may set cookies or use similar storage when its secure payment form loads. These support payment processing, fraud prevention, and security. Stripe controls those technologies under its own privacy and cookie information.
Analytics and session replay
PostHog always counts page visits without an analytics cookie. If you allow it, PostHog also records product views, add-to-cart, checkout-started, and order-completed events. It records session replays only on public shop pages; account, checkout, verification, and order pages are excluded. Form input values are masked. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. If you do not choose within 10 seconds, the prompt closes without saving a choice; page visits continue to be counted without an analytics cookie.
Browser controls and changes
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings, but the basket, account, checkout, or regional routing may stop working. This policy will be updated if our cookie or analytics practices change.
